Level 1: (Training phase for new employees with little or no landscaping experience)
Duties: Performing general landscaping tasks while gaining valuable knowledge of plant material and construction methods.

Level 2: (Next phase for Level 1 or New employees with sufficient related experience or education)
Duties: Must be able to efficiently complete a wide range of landscaping tasks with little or no supervision. Be wiling to upgrade education within the horticultural field throughout the winter.

Level 3: (Next phase for Level 2 or New employees with strong landscaping background and education)
Duties: On-Site Team Leader, training and supervising Level 1 & 2 team members. Possessing a high level of knowledge in relation to landscape construction. Monitoring quality and productivity, provide feedback to management. Safe operation of all landscaping equipment, including skid steer and tractor. Ability to read landscape plans and effectively problem solve.

Manager: (Employees with an extensive knowledge base of nursery production, plant ID, landscape design and construction, backed with years of experience and related education.)
Duties: Providing and ensuring a safe, positive and productive working environment for all team members. Furthering the training of team members. Responsible for customer satisfaction through contributing a high level of professionalism and ensuring superior quality design and construction standards. Sound pricing and job costing skills combined with strong organizational and time management abilities and communication proficiency.

Level 1: (Training phase for new employees with little or no nursery experience)
Duties: Performing general activities assisting customers with product selection, inside and outside the garden centre. Proactively gaining valuable knowledge of plant material and day to day nursery garden centre activities.

Level 2: (Next phase for Level 1 or New employees with sufficient related experience or education)
Duties: Must be able to efficiently provide general information on plants and products to customers. Carry out inventory counts, layout and organize plant material and products in an aesthetically pleasing and logical manner, with guidance from management. Handle payment transactions and ensure accurate recording. Be wiling to upgrade education within the horticultural field throughout the winter.

Level 3: (Next phase for Level 2 or New employees with strong Nursery / Garden Centre Customer Service background and education)
Duties: Customer Service Team Leader, training and supervising Level 1 & 2 team members. Possessing a high level of knowledge in relation to customer service, possess exceptional plant material, product knowledge, Nursery / Garden Centre operations and Inventory Control. Responsible for payment transactions and end of day balancing of monies. Responsible for ensuring inventory levels are maintained and recommend material / product changes to management. Monitoring quality and productivity, provide feedback to management. Safe operation and working environment for staff and customers. Ability to effectively problem solve and resolve customer issues. Must possess strong organizational, time management abilities and communication proficiency.
