I am so happy that Spring is finally here, (although this weekend's forecast is less than encouraging). At least the snow is finally gone and we can begin to poke thru the garden and see what is starting to pop up!  This is a really exciting time of year for gardeners.  We have all but forgotten what the garden looked like last year.  And spring always holds such promise...it's like starting fresh with no mistakes!  I love that feeling! 

What can gardeners be doing now?

Hello Everyone and Happy Mother's Day to all of the special women in our lives!! 

Well, Mother's Day weekend started off with a wonderful day Friday, and then ended up in disappointment for all gardeners on Saturday.  But, never mind.  Go and see Mom this weekend and next weekend is expected to be beautiful.....perfect for working on the garden!

We are very excited to lauch our new web site and also our newest addition, which is this gardening blog.

The garden centre is hopping this week with tons of plants arriving daily!  We have most of our shrubs and trees in now, but can always order to specifications.  Our brand new perennials are starting to arrive.....check out the Fern Leaf Peonies
